I was referred to Quality Estate Services by a local commercial lighting supply company. I figured the folks that supplied the local lighting contractors would know the most active ones to recommend. When asked the overwhelming response was Robert Hobart of Quality Estate Services, LLC. Upon contacting Robert he was very professional and personable. He came to my prpoerty and explained the many ways my home could benefit from low voltage lighting. It quickly became apparent to me that his knowledge of his profession was exceptional. I ended our first meeting by hiring Robert and giving him freedom to choose the best lighting approach for my home.

The result was astonishing. The various uses of lighting in different angles and varieties produced an effect that is like no other. I live in a "Street of Dreams" community and my home glows of beauty at night. Many of my neighbors have commented on the results of the lighting project. Since the installation of the fixtures Robert makes annual trips to our home to inspect the system and replace bulbs. He has come out on other occasions when trees have fallen and has made repairs to the lighting system. We have added some additional effects since the onset; i.e., lighting in our fountain and rock walls.

Overall, it has been a tremendous experience and we would strongly recommend their services to any home owner that is serious about increasing the appreciation of your home and the value as well. Lastly, Robert does not use low grade materials, which results in a higher bid. I suggest going with the best as its life expectancy in our harsh climates is necessary. All of our fixtures are the highest grade commercial quality construction and has held up very well. You do not want to be replacing fixtures due to low quality construction frequently.

Dear Robert,

I am taking the time to write because we are so pleased with our new lighting.  Now that the backyard, phase II, is done we have lighting all around the house making it  lovely at night and safe to walk the paths.  It felt so good to know we could call you for the second half of our project based on the great job you did on the first half.

And once again, we are very pleased with the excellent job done by your crew.  There was not one plant casualty and that's saying something given how bounteous our plants are and how special they are to us. 

The next best part for me, a landscape designer, was having the test lights here so we could play around with positions and effects before making our final decisions.  Your suggestions and advice further guided us to good decisions The result being that we have not once said to each other that we wished we had done this or that differently.
